Brian founded Perlin Ventures after his own return from the UK. He blends international legal training with on-the-ground Kenyan execution — and personally leads every engagement from first call to handover. Behind him sits a lean operation: a small admin team, a set of AI agents doing the heavy lifting, and a deep network of specialists he brings in for exactly what your project needs.
